Terms and Conditions

• All items are handmade and may vary slightly from the images on the website.

• All silver pieces over the weight of 7.78 grams are hallmarked, however pieces under the required weight may not be.

• All pendants will come with 18 inch chains as standard unless specified.

• Chains may vary due to availability.

• Full payment must be made and received before order is dispatched.

 

Care Instructions

• Due to the oxidised finish of some of the jewellery please try to avoid getting items wet.

• If jewellery becomes tarnished or matt please use soft polishing cloth.

Delivery

• All items will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery unless overseas in which it will be sent international tracked and signed.
